Shipment Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-10 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. The cost will depend on the weight of the product and your location. We offer standard and express shipping options, with estimated delivery times that will be provided at checkout.
Shipment to Address: couturecandye.shop ships to any addresses within South Africa plus Local delivery within 30km from our store location. We also offer Pargo Pickup Points and Store Pickup.
International Shipping: We currently do not ship to international countries. Please note that couturecandye.shop is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking: You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Damages: couturecandye.shop is liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping.
